These regulations govern the approval of foster family homes and the issuance of foster care licenses as authorized and required by Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 71-1902 and 71-1904. These regulations also govern adoptive home studies as authorized and required by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-107.
