Section 392-4-003 - ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR IN-HOME CHILD CARE
Each provider of in-home child care must:
(A) Sign necessary forms and an enrollment form for service approval;(B) Have no obligation to perform housekeeping activities; and(C) Enrollment will only allow the in-home provider to care for one designated family.
