012.01REGION 1. Region 1 consists of the following counties: Antelope, Boone, Boyd, Burt, Cass, Cedar, Colfax, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Douglas, Holt, Keya Paha, Knox, Madison, Nance, Pierce, Platte, Sarpy, Stanton, Thurston, Wayne, and Washington.012.02REGION 2. Region 2 consists of the following counties: Adams, Butler, Clay, Fillmore, Gage, Hamilton, Jefferson, Johnson, Lancaster, Merrick, Nemaha, Nuckolls, Otoe, Pawnee, Polk, Richardson, Saline, Saunders, Seward, Thayer, Webster, and York.012.03REGION 3.
