An individual receiving a student loan must successfully complete sufficient credit hours at the educational institution to be considered a full-time student during the fiscal year for which the loan was granted, and a part-time master's level mental health student must successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours during the fiscal year for which the loan was granted. Doctorate-level students will not be awarded more than four loans through the program, and master's-level students will not be awarded more than two loans through the program.
