Section 181-3-002 - DEFINITIONS

Definitions in 7 Code of Federal Regulations Part 246 and the following definitions apply to this chapter.

002.01APPLICANT. A person or entity making application to the Department to participate in the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC Program), the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) or both, as an approved food vendor or local agency.
