Section 180-7-101 - RECORDS OF SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING

A licensee must maintain a record of safety instructions required by 180 NAC 7-049, 7-058 and 7-070 for three years. The record must include:

(A) A list of topics covered;

(B) The date of instruction;

(C) Names of attendees; and

(C) Names of individuals who provided the instruction.
