Section 180-7-094 - RECORDS OF INVENTORY OF SEALED SOURCES AND BRACHYTHERAPY SOURCES

A licensee must retain a record of the semi-annual physical inventory of sealed sources and brachytherapy sources required by 180 NAC 7-033.04 for three years. The inventory records must include:

(A) The model number of each source;

(B) Serial number if one has been assigned;

(C) Identity of each source radionuclide and its nominal activity;

(D) Location of each source; and

(E) Name of the individual who performed the test.
