Section 180-7-085 - OTHER MEDICAL USES OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL OR RADIATION FROM RADIOACTIVE MATERIALA licensee may use radioactive material or radiation sources approved for medical use which is not specifically addressed in 180 NAC 7 provided that the applicant or licensee has:
(A) Submitted the information required by 180 NAC 7-008.02 through 7-008.04; and(B) Received written approval from the NRC or Agreement State in a license and uses the material according to the regulations and specific conditions the NRC or Agreement State considers necessary for the medical use of the material.180 Neb.
