Section 180-7-021 - SUPPLIERS OF SEALED SOURCES OR DEVICES FOR MEDICAL USEA licensee may only use:
(A) Sealed sources or devices initially manufactured, labeled, packaged, and distributed according to a license issued according to 180 NAC 3 or the equivalent regulations of the NRC or another Agreement State.(B) Teletherapy sources manufactured and distributed according to a license issued according to 180 NAC 3, or the equivalent regulations of the NRC or another Agreement State.180 Neb.
