Section 180-7-016 - RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAM CHANGES016.01REVISION LIMITATIONS. A licensee may revise its radiation protection program without Department approval if: (A) The revision does not require a license amendment under 180 NAC 7-010;(B) The revision is in compliance with the regulations and the license;(C) The revision has been reviewed and approved by the RSO, licensee management and licensee's Radiation Safety Committee, if applicable; and(D) The affected individuals are instructed on the revised program before changes are implemented.016.02RECORDS.
