Section 180-5-036 - LOCATION OF DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS

Each licensee or registrant must maintain copies of records required by 180 NAC 5 and other applicable chapters of Title 180 at the location or locations specified in the application.

036.01ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. Each licensee or registrant must also maintain current copies of the following documents and records sufficient to demonstrate compliance at each applicable field station and each temporary jobsite:
(A) The license or registration authorizing the use of sources of radiation;
(B) A copy of 180 NAC 1, 4, 5, and 10;
(C) Utilization logs for each source of radiation dispatched from the location as required by 180 NAC 5-028;
(D) Records of equipment problems identified in daily checks of equipment as required by 180 NAC 5-029;
(E) Records of alarm system and entrance control checks required by 180 NAC 5-030, if applicable;
(F) Records of dosimeter readings as required by 180 NAC 5-033;
(G) Operating and emergency procedures required by 180 NAC 5-032;
(H) Evidence of the latest calibrations and of radiation survey instruments in use at the site, as required by 180 NAC 5-025;
(I) Evidence of the latest calibrations of alarming ratemeters and operability checks of dosimeters as required by 180 NAC 5-033;
(J) Survey records as required by 180 NAC 5-034 and 180 NAC 4-049 as applicable, for the period of operation at that site;
(K) The shipping papers for the transportation of radioactive materials required by 180 NAC 013; and
(L) When operating under reciprocity pursuant to 180 NAC 3 or registration pursuant to 180 NAC 2, a copy of the applicable state license or registration, or NRC license authorizing the use of sources of radiation.
