Section 180-4-064 - REPORTS OF LEAKING OR CONTAMINATED SEALED SOURCES

The licensee must file a report within 5 days with the Department if the test for leakage or contamination required according to 180 NAC 1-011 indicates a sealed source is leaking or contaminated. The report must include the equipment involved, the test results and the corrective action taken.
