Section 180-4-055 - RECORDS OF TESTING ENTRY CONTROL DEVICES FOR VERY HIGH RADIATION AREAS

This section addresses records of testing entry control devices for very high radiation areas.

055.01RECORDS OF TESTS. Each licensee or registrant must maintain records of tests made according to 180 NAC 4-025.02(H), on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. These records must include the date, time, and results of each such test of function.

055.02RECORD RETENTION. The licensee or registrant must retain the records required by 180 NAC 4-055.01 for three years after the record is made.
