Section 180-4-053 - RECORDS OF DOSE TO INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

This section addresses records of dose to individual members of the public.

053.01RECORD MAINTENANCE. Each licensee or registrant must maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public. See 180 NAC 4-013.
053.02RECORD RETENTION. The licensee or registrant must retain the records required by 180 NAC 4-053 until the Department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record.
