Section 180-4-051 - RECORDS OF PLANNED SPECIAL EXPOSURESThis section addresses records of planned special exposures.
051.01RECORD MAINTENANCE. For each use of the provisions of 180 NAC 4-010 for planned special exposures, the licensee or registrant must maintain records that describe: (A) The exceptional circumstances requiring the use of a planned special exposure;(B) The name of the management official who authorized the planned special exposure and a copy of the signed authorization;(C) What actions were necessary;(D) Why the actions were necessary;(E) What precautions were taken to assure that doses were maintained as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA);(F) What individual and collective doses were expected to result; and(G) The doses actually received in the planned special exposure.051.02PLANNED SPECIAL EXPOSURE RECORD RETENTION. The licensee or registrant must retain the records until the Department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring these records.180 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 4, § 051
