Section 180-4-045 - COMPLIANCE WITH ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH PROTECTION REGULATIONS

Nothing in 180 NAC 4-039 through 4-044 relieves the licensee or registrant from complying with other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations governing any other toxic or hazardous properties of materials that may be disposed of according to 180 NAC 4-039 through 4-044.
