Section 180-4-003 - IMPLEMENTATIONConditions on licenses are implemented as follows.
003.01MORE RESTRICTIVE. Any existing license condition that is more restrictive than 180 NAC 4 remains in force until there is an amendment or renewal of the license.003.02EXEMPTIONS. If a license condition exempts a licensee from a provision of 180 NAC 4 in effect on or before May 30, 1994, it also exempts the licensee from the corresponding provision of 180 NAC 4.003.03PRIOR REGULATIONS. If a license condition cites provisions of 180 NAC 4 in effect prior to May 30, 1994, which do not correspond to any provisions of 180 NAC 4, the license condition remains in force until there is an amendment or renewal of the license that modifies or removes this condition.180 Neb.
