Section 180-3-016 - ISSUANCE OF SPECIFIC LICENSESThis section addresses the issuance of specific licenses.
016.01 DETERMINATION OF ACCEPTABLE REQUIREMENTS. Upon a determination that an application meets the requirements of the Act and the regulations of the Department, the Department will issue a specific license authorizing the proposed activity in such form and containing such conditions and limitations as it deems appropriate or necessary, based on quantities and types of radioactive materials, proposed use and upon the training and experience of the user or users.016.02 INCORPORATION OF ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. The Department may incorporate in any license at the time of issuance, or after by appropriate rule, regulation, or order, such additional requirements and conditions with respect to the licensee's receipt, possession, use and transfer of radioactive material including the requirement of reports, keeping of records and to provide for inspections as it deems appropriate or necessary in order to:(A) Minimize danger to public health and safety or property; and(B) Prevent loss or theft of material subject to 180 NAC 3-016.02.180 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 016
