This chapter provides special requirements for registrants using therapeutic radiation machines. The regulations are authorized by and implement the Nebraska Radiation Control Act, Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 71-3501 to 71-3520. The requirements of this 180 NAC 20 are in addition to, and not in substitution for applicable requirements in 180 NAC 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, 15, and 18.
