Section 180-13-019 - REPORTSThe licensee must report to the Department within 30 days:
(A) Any instance where there is significant reduction in the effectiveness of any packaging during use;(B) Details of any defects with safety significance in the packaging after first use, with the means employed to repair the defects and prevent their recurrence; or(C) Instances where the conditions of approval in the COC were not observed in making a shipment.180 Neb.
