Section 179-7-006 - SITING006.01 All wells, treatment and storage facilities, and other appurtenances necessary for the continued operation of a public water system must be located: 1. To protect against damage or breakdown as a result of floods, fire, earthquakes, or other natural disasters to the greatest extent possible, and2.
