Section 179-19-005 - FINISHED WATER RESERVOIRS

005.01 All public water systems that use surface water or ground water under the direct influence of surface water and serve fewer than 10,000 persons are subject to the finished water reservoir requirements.

005.02 Requirements

Systems that begin construction on or after (the effective date of these regulations) must be covered.
