Section 179-17-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

This chapter applies to surface water and ground water under the direct influence of surface water systems serving at least 10,000 people, beginning January 1, 2002, unless otherwise specified in 179 NAC 17. The authority is found in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 71-5301 to 71-5313.
