Section 179-14-003 - DATES REPORTS DUE

003.01 Existing Systems

Each existing community water system must deliver its first report by October 19, 1999, its second report by July 1, 2000, and subsequent reports by July 1 annually thereafter.

003.02 New Systems

A new community water system must deliver its first report by July 1 of the year after its first full calendar year in operation and annually thereafter.

003.03 Systems That Sell Water to Consecutive Systems

A community water system that sells water to another community water system must deliver the applicable information required in 179 NAC 14 to the buyer system:

1. No later than April 19, 1999, by April 1, 2000, and by April 1 annually thereafter or

2. On a date mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser, and specifically included in a contract between the parties.
