Section 179-13-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These regulations establish treatment technique requirements in lieu of maximum contaminant levels for the following contaminants: Giardia lamblia, viruses, heterotrophic plate count bacteria, Legionella, and turbidity. The authority is found in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 71-5301 to 71-5313.
