Section 178-24-003 - LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT The local health department must:
003.01NOTIFICATION.: Notify and provide the property owner with a copy of these regulations to ensure that proper posting and restrictions to the property are in place as soon as possible.003.02MONITORING SITES. Monitor the property to ensure all openings to the site are posted with warning signs until the property has been properly decontaminated and released for human habitation.178 Neb. Admin.
