Section 178-1-008 - GARBAGE AND REFUSE STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

All garbage and refuse shall be collected, stored, and disposed of in a manner that will not create a nuisance, provide a breeding place for flies, or a harborage for rodents All containers for garbage and refuse shall be water-tight, have tightfitting covers and shall be fly and rodent proof Garbage containers shall be kept clean
