Section 175-5-006 - CONSTRUCTION

In new construction, the licensee must:

(A) Provide a conveniently located sink for soaking and hand washing of laundry, when laundry services are provided on-site at the adult day service; and

(B) Locate toilet rooms no more than 40 feet from program and activity areas.
