These regulations govern licensing of adult day services under the Health Care Facility Licensure Act, Nebraska Revised Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 71-401 to 71-475. These regulations do not apply to adult day services provided in a licensed health care facility to consumers of that licensed facility.
