Section 175-3-004 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The following requirements are applicable to all licenses.

004.01EFFECTIVE DATES AND TERM OF LICENSE. The license of a Center for the Developmentally Disabled expires annually on November 30.

004.02INITIAL LICENSURE AND RENEWAL FEES. Initial licensure and renewal fees for Centers for the Developmentally Disabled are $150.
