Section 175-1-004 - INSPECTIONS To determine compliance with operational care, treatment and physical plant standards, the Department inspects the facility or service prior to and following licensure.
004.01INITIAL INSPECTION. An announced initial onsite inspection will be conducted after receipt of a completed application for an initial license.004.02COMPLIANCE INSPECTION. An unannounced inspection may be conducted of the facility or service anytime the Department deems necessary, including, the passage of 5 years without an inspection.175 Neb. Admin.
