Section 175-1-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These regulations govern credentials issued to health care facilities and health care services set out in Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) § 71-401 to § 71-475, except for assisted-living facilities and pharmacies.
