These regulations govern the licensure of advanced practice registered nurses in the State of Nebraska. Statutory authority for these regulations is in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Licensure Act, the Certified Nurse Midwifery Practice Act, the Clinical Nurse Specialist Practice Act, the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Practice Act, the Nurse Practitioner Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act.
