Section 172-9-010 - WITHDRAWN APPLICATIONS

An applicant for an initial business credential or a renewal of a business credential may request to withdraw the application. The request will be granted when:

(A) The application is incomplete; or

(B) The request is received within 5 business days after the receipt of a completed application.
