Section 172-89-003 - LICENSE REQUIREMENTS To obtain a license, an individual must submit a complete application provided by the Department and provide documentation demonstrating that the applicant meets the licensing requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 38-2060, 172 NAC 10, and the following:
(A) Have graduated from, after having successfully completed the acupuncture curriculum requirements of an approved school;(B) Have successfully passed an approved acupuncture examination;(C) Have successfully completed an approved clean-needle technique course;(D) Submit to the Department: (i) Official transcripts submitted to the Department by the issuing institution;(ii) Official documentation of passing score obtained on the approved acupuncture examinations; and(iii) Official documentation showing successful completion of an approved clean-needle technique course.172 Neb.
