Section 172-81-007 - RENEWAL, WAIVER OF CONTINUING EDUCATION, AND INACTIVE STATUS

The applicant must meet the requirements set out in 172 NAC 10 and these regulations. All massage therapy licenses, except a temporary license, issued by the Department will expire on November 1 of each odd-numbered year.
