Section 172-61-007 - ANCILLARY PERSONNELAncillary personnel may:
(A) Collect data to be submitted to the medical nutrition therapist in writing for medical records;(B) Document an observation, such as anthropometric data and food preferences, for medical records or on the patient's chart; and(C) Direct questions to the physician in charge or the medical nutrition therapist and may make recommendations based on observations.172 Neb.
