Section 172-58-006 - GROUNDS FOR ACTION AGAINST A CREDENTIAL

A dental faculty license may be denied, refused renewal, or have other disciplinary measures taken against it for grounds specified in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-178, 172 NAC 10, or for unprofessional conduct.
