Section 172-53-013 - LICENSE FEES

The initial and renewal fees for dental assistant licenses are $95 each.

013.01EXPANDED FUNCTION PERMIT. The initial and renewal fees for expanded function permits are $25 each.

013.02ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES. Fees to add additional procedures to a license that require proof of education and examination are $10 per application.
