Section 172-44-004 - BODY ART RENEWAL, WAIVER OF CONTINUING COMPETENCY, AND INACTIVE STATUS

The applicant must meet the requirements set out in 172 NAC 10 and this chapter. All body art licenses issued by the Department will expire on March 31 of each odd-numbered year.
