Section 172-44-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

This chapter applies to the practice of body art and body art facilities as defined by Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-1001 to 38-10,171 of the Cosmetology, Electrology, Esthetics, Nail Technology and Body Art Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act.
