Section 172-37-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

This chapter governs the licensing of schools of cosmetology, esthetics, nail technology, satellite classrooms, and apprentice salons set out in Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-1001 to 38-10,171 of the Cosmetology, Electrology, Esthetics, Nail Technology, and Body Art Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act.
