This chapter governs the credentialing of cosmetologists, electrologists, estheticians, instructors, and nail technicians as set out in Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-1001 to 38-10,171 of the Cosmetology, Electrology, Esthetics, Nail Technology, and Body Art Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act.
