Section 172-29-005 - RENEWAL, WAIVER OF CONTINUING EDUCATION, AND INACTIVE STATUSThe applicant must meet the requirements set out in 172 NAC 10 and this chapter. All chiropractic licenses issued by the Department expire on August 1st of each even-numbered year.
005.01WAIVER OF CONTINUING COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT DUE TO ILLNESS OR DISABILITY. The Department may waive continuing education requirements, in whole or in part, upon submission of proof that the license holder was suffering from a serious or disabling illness or physical disability which prevented completion of the required number of continuing education hours during the 24 months immediately preceding the license renewal date.172 Neb.
