Section 172-29-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

This chapter governs the licensure of chiropractors or chiropractic physicians under Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-801 to 38-811 of the Chiropractic Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act (UCA).
