Section 172-155-005 - PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGY LICENSE

To obtain a provisional license, an applicant must submit a complete application provided by the Department and provide documentation demonstrating that the applicant meets the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 38-131, 38-3122, 172 NAC 10, and this chapter.

005.01LICENSE EXTENSION. The provisional license may be extended one time for an additional 2-year period upon approval by the Board and submission of a new application under this section.
