A training agency must notify the Department, in writing, a minimum of six months prior to a planned closure of the training agency. The notification must include a plan for completion of the training or transfer of students currently enrolled in the approved training agency and the disposition and storage of the records of the approved training agency. All requirements for operation must be maintained until the approved training agency is officially closed.
