Section 172-12-010 - BACKUP RESPONSE PLANA licensee must have a written back-up response plan in the event of their inability to respond to requests for their services except for interfacility transport and flight transport. The back-up response plan must:
(A) List how many times the service is dispatched and the time period between each dispatch if there is no response;(B) List the back-up service that must be called no more than ten minutes after the original call activation; and(C) Be sent to the dispatching agency with acknowledgement of receipt from the dispatching agency.172 Neb.
