Section 172-12-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These regulations govern the licensure of emergency medical services under the Emergency Medical Services Practice Act Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-3801 to 38-3837 and the Uniform Credentialing Act Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 38-101 to 38-1,146.
