These regulations govern the licensure of emergency care providers under the Emergency Medical Services Practice Act Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) § 38-3801 to § 38-3837 and the Uniform Credentialing Act Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-101 to § 38-1,146.
